1. Acceptance of Terms

‍By checking the "I agree to the Terms of Service" box during registration, you agree to be bound by these Terms. B2Base is a B2B marketplace designed exclusively for verified car rental brokers and fleet partners.

2. Account Registration and Roles

You must provide accurate and current information during registration.

  • Brokers: Use the platform to source vehicles for their clients.
  • Partners (Owners): Use the platform to list available fleet inventory.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account.

3. Verification and Compliance (KYC/KYB)

‍B2Base requires identity and business verification to maintain a secure network. By uploading your Passport/ID or Trade License, you warrant that the documents are authentic. B2Base reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail compliance checks or provide fraudulent information.

4. Platform Role

‍B2Base acts strictly as an intermediary technology platform connecting Brokers and Partners. We do not own the vehicles, nor are we a party to the final rental agreement between the Broker, the Partner, and the end-client.

5. Code of Conduct and "No-Poaching" Policy

To protect our community, users agree to the following:

  • No Poaching: Partners agree not to bypass Brokers to directly solicit or steal their end-clients for future rentals.
  • Accuracy: Partners must maintain accurate availability and wholesale pricing.
  • Professionalism: All deals must be honored as confirmed through the platform. Last-minute unexcused cancellations may result in a permanent ban.

6. Limitation of Liability

‍B2Base is not liable for any disputes, damages, vehicle conditions, or financial losses arising directly from the rental transactions between Brokers and Partners. We provide the connection; the operational execution is the responsibility of the involved parties.

7. Termination

‍We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the network.
